Description

Heme Iron by NFH provides the most bioavailable form of supplemental iron heme iron derived from bovine haemoglobin which is absorbed via a distinct receptor pathway not subject to the competitive inhibition that affects non-heme iron. Heme iron is significantly better tolerated than conventional iron supplements, with a much lower incidence of constipation, nausea, or gastrointestinal upset. Each capsule supports red blood cell production, oxygen transport, energy metabolism, and treatment of iron-deficiency anaemia. Free from gluten, soy, and artificial additives.
