The AchilloTrain is a specialized Bauerfeind support brace designed specifically to offload, protect, and rehabilitate the Achilles tendon. Two integrated viscoelastic pads flank the Achilles tendon, delivering a dynamic massage effect with every step that stimulates tendon healing, reduces inflammation, and improves local circulation. How to Use: Slip over the foot with the Achilles pads positioned on either side of the tendon and the heel cushion beneath the heel. Wear inside regular footwear as directed by your physiotherapist.
